Filtering and Sorting
Organize and narrow down your spreadsheet data with intuitive column-level filtering and sorting.

The Spreadsheets in Saleshunt give you powerful tools to structure your data, helping you quickly find what matters most. You can sort results to bring the most relevant leads to the top, or filter to narrow down results based on specific criteria.
Sorting Columns
Click the name of any column to sort the data.
Sorting Behavior:
- First click > Sorts ascending (A-Z or 0–9)
- Second click > Sorts descending (Z-A or 9–0)
- Third click > Resets to original order
Note: Unprocessed or still-processing cells will always appear at the bottom, so your clean results stay top-of-mind.
Filtering Columns
Click the filter icon next to a column name to open the filter panel. You'll see two main options for refining your data:
1. Filter by Properties
- Use keyword filters like "contains," "is exactly," "starts with"
- Add multiple filters using AND or OR logic
- Useful for searching partial matches or grouping values
- Note: The search bar is case sensitive, allowing for precise filtering
2. Filter by Values
- Toggle specific values on or off using checkboxes
- Great for quickly including or excluding known results
Example Filters You Can Apply:
- Show only companies with funding
- Exclude results where the founder is unknown
- Display contacts from Germany OR Netherlands only
Tip: You can layer filters to create highly targeted lead lists—ideal for advanced prospecting without needing complex tools.
Filtering with Natural Language
Use natural language to quickly filter your enriched company data. Simply type phrases based on the insights you've gathered, and Saleshunt will instantly surface the matching companies. For example:
- "Companies selling to automotive industry"
- "Only companies with over $100M revenue"
- "All prospects based in Amsterdam"
- "B2B SaaS companies with enterprise clients"
- "Companies that mentioned sustainability in last 3 months"
The AI understands your enriched data context and automatically applies the relevant filters, making it easy to segment your prospect list based on any criteria you've collected.
Qualifying Your Leads
The filtering capabilities allow you to zero-in on the leads that matter most to your business. By combining multiple filters, you can:
- Identify prospects that match your ideal customer profile
- Focus on companies with the highest conversion potential
- Eliminate leads that don't meet your qualification criteria
- Create segments for different sales approaches or team members
- Progressively refine your target list as you gather more data
This targeted approach ensures your team spends time on qualified prospects rather than sifting through unfiltered data.
Why This Feature Matters
- Surface high-quality leads by filtering out noise
