The Workspace is where all your prospect lists live. Create new lists, organize them into folders, and manage your prospecting projects in one structured environment.
Getting Started
Choose how to create your prospect list:
- Build with AI - Let AI create prospect lists based on your requirements using natural language
- Upload Sheet - Bring your own data (csv/excel) for enrichment
- Find Companies - Search prospects with our predefined filters
- Blank Spreadsheet - Start from scratch

Your Lists
Your central view provides:
- All prospect lists with creation and modification dates
- Folders for organizing lists by project or client
- Search functionality to quickly find specific lists
- Create Folder option (+ button) for better organization
- Shared list indicators – Lists shared with your workspace display a people icon next to the name
- Sheet cost preview – When you hover over a sheet, you can see the associated cost of that sheet
Organize your workspace as you like and use drag-and-drop to easily move spreadsheets into folders. Keep everything tidy and accessible for your team.
Shared Lists
Spreadsheets display different icons based on their sharing status:
- A people icon
appears when you share a spreadsheet (you are the owner)
- An eye icon
appears when a spreadsheet is shared with you in viewing mode
- A pen icon
appears when you have edit access to a shared spreadsheet
- Hover over either icon to see a "Shared" tooltip
- Private lists (default) show no icon for a clean interface
