In the product
Click Feedback in the sidebar to open the feedback box. Write your thoughts (up to 500 characters), attach a screenshot with the + if it helps, then click Send Feedback.

What good feedback looks like
You don't need to write a report — a couple of specific sentences go a long way. Anything in these buckets genuinely helps:
- What you were trying to do. The outcome you were after, even when things worked. "I was building a list of fintech startups and wanted to filter by funding stage."
- What you loved. A feature or moment that clicked, so we know what to protect and build on. "The Key Decision Maker lookup found the right person first try — huge time-saver."
- What got in your way. Where you got stuck or surprised, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps if something looked wrong. "A cell came back empty and I couldn't tell why — I expected a reason."
- What you'd like to see. A missing feature, an improvement, or a workflow that would make your day easier. "I'd love to push a finished list straight into HubSpot."
The more specific the example, the faster we can act on it.
