Email Accounts

Connect the inbox you do your outreach from, and set the sender name, signature, and daily limit that protect your deliverability.

Your outreach goes out as real email from your inbox, so before you can reach out to anyone you connect an email account here. This is also where you set the things that protect your sender reputation — your sending name, signature, and daily limit.

Open it from your initials (bottom-left) → SettingsEmail Accounts.

Connect an inbox

Click Add Account and authorise with Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook). Saleshunt connects through secure OAuth, so your password is never seen or stored, and you can disconnect any time. A green check on the account means it's connected and ready to send.

NOTE

You need at least one connected inbox before you can send any outreach. It goes out from the account you pick, not from a Saleshunt address — so replies land back in your own inbox.

Per-account settings

Click Settings on a connected account to open its panel. Three things live there:

  • Sender Name — the name recipients see in their inbox. Use a real person's name; it reads better and lands better.
  • Email Signature — set it once and it's appended to every email from this account, across all campaigns. No need to add it per campaign.
  • Daily Send Limit — the most this inbox will send in a day (default 100).

Daily limits and deliverability

This is the part worth understanding. There are two daily limits, and they do different jobs:

  • The account limit (set here) is the ceiling for everything that inbox sends in a day, across every campaign using it.
  • Each campaign also has its own daily limit in Campaign Settings, which paces that single campaign within the account ceiling.

So if three campaigns share one inbox, their combined sends can't exceed the account's daily limit.

IMPORTANT

Don't max this out on a fresh inbox. A new mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of cold emails gets flagged as spam fast. Start low — around 20–30 a day for a brand-new account — and raise it over a few weeks. Saleshunt's mailbox warm-up ramps an inbox up gradually for you; you'll find the warm-up controls in Campaign Settings.

One inbox, many campaigns

A connected account can power several campaigns at once. Open an account's Settings and check the Campaigns tab to see exactly which campaigns are sending from it — handy when you're deciding whether the inbox has capacity for another campaign, or before you disconnect it.

Reconnecting and disconnecting

OAuth tokens expire from time to time. When that happens the account shows a Reconnect prompt, and one click re-authorises it. To stop using an inbox entirely, use Disconnect in the account panel.
