Campaign Settings

Everything you can configure on a campaign — messaging, schedule, limits, follow-ups, deliverability, and sharing.

Open a campaign, then the Settings tab. Settings are grouped into six sections. The defaults are sensible, so you can launch without touching most of them and tune as you learn what works.

General

  • Campaign name — rename anytime; it doesn't affect sends already in flight.
  • Email account — the inbox this campaign sends from. It's set when you create the campaign and can't be changed afterwards; to send from a different inbox, start a new campaign. Connect inboxes under Email Accounts.
  • Domain verification — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status for your sending domain. Verified domains land in the inbox far more often than unverified ones; a green check means you're set.
  • Tracking — toggles for open tracking, click tracking, and reply tracking (all on by default).
  • Unsubscribe — adds a one-click unsubscribe link and lets you edit its text. Off by default; turn it on for cold outreach, since Gmail and Yahoo require one-click unsubscribe for bulk senders.
  • Meeting link — add your Calendly or Cal.com link so you can mark meetings booked per recipient.

Messaging

How Saleshunt writes each email. Choose a best-practice template (a proven sales hook) or paste your own example email for the AI to match, then set:

  • Tone — informal or formal.
  • Language — English, Dutch, French, Spanish, or German.
  • Specific points — anything every email should mention (a case study, a value proposition), with an optional context URL.

Saleshunt personalises each message per recipient from your enriched research, so you're shaping the angle and structure, not writing every email by hand. For how to iterate on messaging, see Performance & Analytics.

Schedule

  • Send window — the hours emails can go out (default 09:00–17:00) in your chosen timezone (default Amsterdam). Business-hours sends get opened more.
  • Sending days — which days to send on (default Mon–Fri), with toggles to skip weekends and public holidays.

Limits

  • Daily send limit — the most this campaign sends per day (default 50, up to 1,000). It sits within your email account's own daily ceiling, which caps everything that inbox sends across all campaigns.
  • Daily draft limit — caps how many drafts generate per day to control cost (default unlimited; can't exceed the send limit).
  • Mailbox warm-up — gradually ramps a new inbox's volume to build sender reputation, roughly 10 → 25 → 50 → 100 emails a day across four phases (about a week each) up to your target (default 200). Leave it on for any fresh mailbox.
  • Auto-pause — off by default. Turn it on to automatically pause the campaign if deliverability slips past your thresholds (defaults: bounce 5%, spam 0.2%, error 10%). It protects your sender reputation when something goes wrong.

Follow-ups

Automatically reach out again to people who don't reply.

  • Enable follow-ups — on by default.
  • Wait time — hours between emails (default 48, up to 720 / 30 days).
  • Maximum follow-ups — how many to send (default 1, up to 5).

Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies, so nobody who responds gets chased.

Sharing

Generate a public, read-only link to the campaign's performance for stakeholders. Optionally set an expiry date or a password, and regenerate the link to revoke access. Recipient emails and message content are never exposed.
