Email Drafts & Sending
Review, approve, and send campaign emails
After you create a campaign or add recipients, Saleshunt drafts a personalised email for each one from your research. Drafts land in the campaign's Inbox, where you review them, make any tweaks, and approve them to send.
For structural messaging changes: go to Settings > Messaging to iterate on the template, rather than editing emails one by one.
Start with a sample
When a campaign launches, Saleshunt drafts the first few recipients and holds the rest. Review this sample to confirm it nailed your angle, tone, and personalisation, then approve it to let the full batch generate. It's the cheapest way to catch a wrong message before it's written across your whole List.
Draft Management
Campaign > Inbox tab shows all generated emails organised by status:
- Drafts - Awaiting your approval
- Queued - Approved, waiting to send (respects daily limits)
- Sent - Successfully delivered
- Replied - Recipient responded
Queue smartly: Approve emails now, they queue and send automatically within daily limits. No need to check daily—just approve when convenient.
Editing & Bulk Actions
Edit individual emails: Click any draft to edit before approving.
Available formatting: Bold, italics, underline, hyperlinks. Edit subject line, body, signature, or update personalisation.
Minor tweaks work here. For structural changes (value prop, template structure), update Settings > Messaging instead.
Email signature: Set default signature in Account > Email Accounts to apply across all campaigns.
Bulk actions: Select multiple emails (checkbox) and apply Approve All / Approve Selected — moves drafts to the queue, where they send automatically based on daily limits and send window.
Approval & Queue
Approve button → Email moves to Queued status
Queued emails send automatically when:
- Daily send limit not reached
- Within configured send window
- No weekends/holidays (if excluded in settings)
Follow-up emails: Currently blocked until first email sends to ensure proper order.
A practical tip:
Approve 20-50 emails first. Check quality and early replies. Adjust messaging in Settings > Messaging. Once reply rate >5%, scale up gradually. System handles daily limits and warmup automatically—see Campaign Settings for details.
