Managing Receivers
View and manage campaign receivers
When to Use This Tab
Use the Receivers tab when you need a person-by-person view of your campaign.
See exactly what's been sent to each contact, how they're engaging, and who's showing interest. This is your detailed, per-receiver view — useful for identifying high-intent prospects, troubleshooting delivery issues, or adding more leads to an active campaign.

Finding Who's Engaging
Access: Campaign > Receivers tab
List shows: Name, email, company, status, and engagement indicators (opened, clicked, replied)
Filter to find:
- High-intent prospects: Filter by "Replied" or "Clicked" to prioritize follow-ups
- Engaged but not replied: Filter by "Opened" to identify warm leads
- Delivery issues: Filter by "Bounced" to clean up the list
- Not engaging: Filter by "Sent" with no opens to identify cold contacts
- Specific person: Search by name, email, or company
Click any receiver to see full conversation history, engagement timeline (opens, clicks, replies), and current status.
Adding Receivers
Add Receivers button (top right of the Receivers tab) lets you add more people to an active campaign.
Also from a list: Select rows in your list > Actions > Add to Campaign > Select campaign
New receivers start at "Pending" status and automatically enter the draft generation queue.
Removing Receivers
Three ways to stop sending:
- Delete draft from Inbox: remove a specific draft before it's sent
- Unenroll from the Receivers tab: select receivers > Unenroll (prevents future emails)
- Pause entire campaign: Campaign Overview > Pause button (stops all sending)
Unsubscribed receivers: automatically hidden (permanent exclusion).
Receiver Metrics
The campaign header shows summary metrics including statuses (Pending, Drafted, Queued, Sent, Replied, Bounced, Unsubscribed) and engagement (Opens, Clicks, Replies).

Receiver Status
Each receiver progresses through these states:
| Status | Meaning | Next Action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Added to campaign, not yet processed | Wait for draft generation |
| Drafted | Email generated, awaiting approval | Review and approve in Inbox |
| Queued | Approved, scheduled to send | Will send during next send window |
| Sent | Email delivered successfully | Monitor for opens/clicks/replies |
| Replied | Receiver responded | View thread in Campaign Inbox |
| Bounced | Delivery failed (invalid email) | Remove or update email address |
| Unsubscribed | Receiver opted out | Automatically excluded from future sends |
