Track campaign metrics and optimise results
Strategy Turns Into Action
You've confirmed your ideal customer, found qualifying leads, identified the right person, and created your message. Now it's time to take action.
This is where you earn those demos and sales. Performance tab shows you what's working, what needs adjustment, and when to scale up. Strategy meets execution here.
For person-level details, see Managing Receivers.
Key Metrics
Track volume metrics (Sent, Drafted, Queued, Bounced) and engagement metrics (Open rate, Click rate, Reply rate, Bounce rate) over time. Compare performance across campaigns and time periods using the date range selector (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, all time).
Replies are classified for you. Every reply is automatically sorted into positive, negative, or out-of-office, so your reply rate reflects real interest, not just volume. Meetings you mark as booked (using the meeting link from Campaign Settings) are counted too.
Share your campaign performance with team members or stakeholders directly from this tab.
Industry Benchmarks
| Metric | Good | Excellent | Action Needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reply rate | 5-15% | 20%+ | - |
| Open rate | 40-60% | 70%+ | - |
| Click rate | 10-20% | 30%+ | - |
| Bounce rate | Under 5% | - | 10%+ |
Iterate Based on Data
Track your own trend, not industry benchmarks. Are reply rates improving month-over-month? Is your strategy resonating better?
Old way: A/B test subject lines and exact copy. Optimise templates word by word.
New way: Let AI research your leads and personalise each message, so iterate on strategy and narrative instead. Refine your hooks, value proposition, and research depth. Focus on what resonates with your ICP, not specific wording.
Start with 20-50 sends, check metrics after 48 hours, adjust your messaging strategy in Campaign Settings > Messaging. Once reply rate is over 5%, scale up gradually.
System automatically monitors bounce rates and pauses campaigns when issues are detected. This protects your sender reputation. Success comes down to data quality: proper contact data, relevant messaging, and appropriate system configurations.
Making sense of your data:
High opens, low replies: Your hooks get attention but value proposition doesn't convert, or timing is wrong. Strengthen your narrative, do deeper research on pain points.
Low opens: Relevance or deliverability issues. Refine your ICP targeting, improve contact data quality, check spam folder placement.
High bounces (10%+): Contact data quality poor. Remove bounced addresses, verify data sources before adding.
High clicks, low replies: Interest exists but not enough to take action. Make your call-to-action clearer, lower the barrier to respond.
